You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation and site assessments to contract negotiation and closing, while maintaining accurate records of all interactions within our CRM system to ensure a seamless transition to our project management and installation teams. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in B2B or technical sales, with a proven ability to build trust with business owners and executives. You should have excellent communication and analytical skills, allowing you to explain complex solar technology, financing options, and system performance metrics clearly. A deep commitment to professional development and a passion for renewable energy are essential, as you will be expected to stay informed on evolving industry trends, policies, and market incentives to provide expert guidance to our clients. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding our company standards for quality and ethical service. Previous experience in the renewable energy sector or high-ticket consultative sales is highly preferred, along with proficiency in CRM software and a demonstrated track record of managing a robust sales pipeline.
